A Catch Up

It's been a busy few days. Life just seems to go like that. But wanted to do a quick catch up.

Webster's Pages have a give away of their new lines. Check it out here  http://websterspages.ning.com/forum/topics/welcome-to-bling-it-on
I want to be a part of it. How do you choose your favourite when  you love them all?
Ok if I have to these two!

But then again...lol

I'D LOVE ANY!!!

Here's a layout I created for the July Challenge over at Webster's. The challenge is to include bloomers on your creations. I just love bloomers and use them for so mnay different reasons. In this one they're a hedge, grass and the sea.

A scrapper e-mailed me and asked how I come up with the little scenes I do. I think the most important think is imagination. It seems to me that a picture tells a story bigger than what's in the photo and I love to bring that story to life.
In this one it was a cold day and we had been for a freezing walk along the pier. As Jera walked away it looked as though he was longing for the sun and sailing boats and adventure. So I created it! lol

Another one for this post.
It's one I did for Scrapbook Creations (Aus mag), Colour Team. It's in their latest issue.
Colours were, turquoise, white and silver.

Such a sweet pic of Sienna.

Have a lovely day,
Jenix

  2. Love these layouts! I love the way you used the bloomers on the first one. The second one is so soft and feminine and a beautiful photo.

  3. Oh Jeni, I DO love the little sceneries you create in each of your layouts. Just like tiny doll's houses that one could admire for ages, discovering new magical details each time the eye roams over the page. Your use of the bloomers is just fantabulous, never seen it done in this way before! How clever to use the teal doily as radiating light from the light house. Never seen that take either. Gosh, you ARE so talented Jeni! LI have always loved the combo of turquoise, white and silver, something very etheral and truly beautiful about the colours. Your page on Sienna is just that - etheral and sooo beautiful! thank you for the incredible inspiration of all of your creations! xoxoxo
